The Department of Information Technology Government of the Kurdistan Region, Sunday, for a conference in cooperation with the Organization (IREX) International under the title (Freedom of the Internet and e-government in Iraq) city of Arbil, on Monday, according to a statement of the department. The statement published by the "agency Kurdistan News", said the conference will continue for two days looking for the government shift towards transparency in the field of global electronic and specialized training in this area. The statement added that a number of members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the Parliament of the Kurdistan region as well as communications minister in the Iraqi government and the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Government of the Region will participate in the conference, along with representatives of a number of consulates, organizations and media institutions in the region.
