Baghdad, April 18 (AKnews) - the Iraqi parliament postponed its regular 56 session to 26 of April after having hosted the President of the Financial Supervision endowment , Abdul al-Basit Turki while ending the first and second readings of the six laws.
A member of the Finance parliamentary Committee , Jawad al-Bolani said that "today's session witnessed hosting the President of the Financial Supervision endowment , Abdul al- Basit Turki, who said that "the Financial Supervision office initiated to transmit 35 reports to the parliament Committees during the current year, "saying that it is likely that the endowment would receive the final accounts of 2009 that will take place in the coming days. "
"There are obstacles facing their work that has to be overcome, including delayed Finance data transmissions to be submitted on time and the non-compliance with the laws organizing the structure of the ministries related to the Ministry and the absence of specific terms of reference for the work. "
"All contracts signed by all the ministries are subjected to the endowment supervision, "pointing out that "the endowment law addressed the violations through resorting to the Inspector General, the Integrity Commission and then to the parliament".
