This is the last week of April. The world is waiting for Iraq to finish forming its government. Once the government is complete, they will need to pass legislation .. such as .. the long awaited HCL (Oil and Gas Law)and they will also have to settle outstanding issues (Kuwait) in order to be released from UN's Chapter 7.

Iraq needs to get their economy moving .. ASAP.. before the security situation deteriorates further. It looks like U.S. troops will be leaving on schedule ..Unless ... Iraq becomes unstable and a threat to surrounding countries which, in that case, they would have to stay. (Iraq and U.S. Admiral Mullen arrives in Baghdad for talks in status of US troops)

Wednesday, April 27th ~ Parliament held the first regular meeting of the independent bodies next Wednesday

There is a good chance RV is possibly related to the U.S. being able to raise the debt ceiling which expires May 16th and if it isn't raised government will only have 2 months before it runs out of money and shuts down. Geithner says Congress Will Pass Debt Limit Increase by May 16th ...
