فيما يتوقع كبار الخبراء بأثار سلبية جراء استمرار ارتفاع اسعار النفط قد تعود الى الاضرار بالنمو العالمي يبقى العراق يراوح في مكانه بعدم استثمار فرصة الارتفاع.
