Said a spokesman for the Central Agency for Statistics in the Ministry of Planning, Wednesday, the prime minister is determined from the date of the census population.
He said Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi told (Voices of Iraq) that the Ministry of Planning has to delay the census because of some reservations and concerns by the political blocs in the provinces of Kirkuk, Nineveh and Diyala and Salahuddin.
He added that the government had set up specialized committees in each of the provinces mentioned, to overcome the obstacles faced by the census, and as soon as the committee reports will be submitted to the ministry and then to the prime minister to set a final date for the census.
