Najafi al-Issawi and discuss the federal budget

Baghdad (news) .., a parliamentary source said that House Speaker Osama Nujaifi discussed with Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi the subject of the federal budget for the current year prior to submission to Parliament for approval. The source (of the Agency news) said on Wednesday: that Nujaifi see the need to discuss the budget with the al-Issawi before submission to Parliament.
The source added that the meeting was held at Parliament this morning. He called and a member of the parliamentary committee the previous economic Mahma Khalil to abide by the constitution in the provision of the state budget with the final accounts. Khelil said (of the Agency news) in an earlier statement: The current budget like its predecessor include (flaws and holes) and the economic constraints depend only on the economy Rei, and bypass the contexts.
Khalil said: that the Iraqi constitution, the text of the obligation of submission of final accounts for the purpose of approving the state budget, but am very sorry to four budgets of previous governments did not include the final accounts and this breach is clear and beyond the state funds and public money.
Khalilzad called on to submit final accounts to admit in Parliament, because in the absence and presence will be financial corruption is wide open, pointing out that the provision of services will come through the final accounts which will close the doors and windows on each of the play with public money.
