Refer the legal information crime and border crossings to parliament

The Cabinet approved the draft law on cybercrime and to allocate it to the House of Representatives.

He said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said in a statement received by the (morning) yesterday said the council also decided to approve the Law on the border crossing points with the deletion of the fees charged to passengers, and adding to the representative of the Kurdistan Regional Authority.

According to the statement, the Council decided to "modify its resolution No. (29) for the year 2011 so as to ensure the amendment to the President of the Republic of the validity of the authorization of the deemed appropriate by the contractors with the presidency solely to carry some of the operational work of non-sovereign acts and it is the work of the representation of the Republic of Iraq and sign on behalf of the like powers granted to the Council of Ministers."

The Council agreed to prepare a draft law to abolish the Coalition Provisional Authority Order establishing the Special Court in the Ministry of Planning specializes in issues of referrals and contracts
