Yes, I got the same info from a person who has a banking source from Dubai. They were told the same thing that there was an rv yesterday at over 5. I called a couple more people and one other person heard the same thing. Because no one else was hearing it, I thought maybe it was just a misunderstanding but there may be truth to this.
