Adviser to Maliki: draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers will be presented for a vote soon

Baghdad, 13 March (Rn) – The legal adviser to Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Sunday that the Group Drafts Rules of Procedure of the Council of Ministers has been prepared and will be presented to the Council for a vote.
Fadel said Mohammed Jawad, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “several drafts of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers have been completed and soon will be presented to the Board for a vote on one of them.”
The horse that “since the time of the interim government and the governments of Jaafari and Maliki’s previous and this government has embarked on the preparation of draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers,” noting that “has been the completion of preparation of the last draft will be presented to the Council of Ministers for a vote soon.”
. It describes the Iraqi List led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, al-Maliki as the validity of the powers of the Prime Minister and not the validity of the President of the Council of Ministers and according to the provisions of the constitution of Iraq.

Barzani had been submitted earlier in the initiative to break the political blocs to form a solution to the crisis the government include the withdrawal of some powers from the prime minister, regardless of the person who will occupy the position.
Also presented another initiative to resolve the political crisis in September include the formation of a committee, consisting of 8 to 12 representatives of the political blocs to start talks on forming a government and work to resolve outstanding differences, as well as extensive meetings for the leaders to resolve the issue of the three presidencies.
And conducted the Iraqi parliamentary elections on 7 March last year, and announced their results on 26 of the same month showed the progress the Iraqi List led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi won 91 seats, followed by a list of coalition rule of law, led by Prime Minister expired Nuri al-Maliki’s 89 seats .
And dissolved the Iraqi National List coalition in third place with 70 seats, the Kurdistan Alliance List solved won 43 seats.
