3:40 PM [Nighthk11] Rates: I spoke with the foreign currency manager at chase in Wilmington, delaware- she indicated when I asked about the CBI Rate- that we the investor will receive the “International Rate Of The Dinar”- that because CBI is a bank- It’s interaction with other banks in regards to a rate of exchange is different- hope that helps
