Alsumaria News publish the draft law the salaries of the Internal Security Forces, sponsored by the Presidency of the parliament

I got "Alsumaria News", Sunday, a copy of the bill the salaries of officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces, the sender and ratified by the Presidency of the Republic of Iraq to the House of Representatives for the purpose of validation and approval after the completion of the first and second reading on it.

The draft stipulates that the annual allowance granted to the officer or member of the ISF at the completion of one year in the service of the actual job on the recommendation of her supervisor.

As indicated in the draft that includes officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces allocations set forth in the law of the salaries of state employees and the public sector No. (22) for the year 2008.

The draft also refers to the disbursement of the monthly livelihood allowance allocations will continue to be officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces and the amount of (210.000) Two hundred and ten thousand dinars.

The following is the text of the draft law on the salaries of officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces:


Council Presidency

Based on the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61), item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution and based on what passed the House of Representatives and endorsed by the Presidency Council issued this law:
Article (1)

Be nominal salaries for officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces, according to the following two tables:

First - Payroll Officers

1 - Major General - (1.75 million) million, one hundred and seventy-five thousand dinars

2 - Brig - (1.38 million) million and eighty-three thousand dinars

3 - Colonel - (920 000) nine hundred and twenty thousand dinars

4 - submitted - (865 000) eight hundred and sixty-five thousand dinars

5 - Major - (795 000) seven hundred and ninety-five thousand dinars

6 - Captain - (777 000) seven hundred and seventy-seven thousand dinars

7 - First Lieutenant - (765 000) Seven hundred and sixty-five thousand dinars

8 - Lieutenant (633 000) six hundred and thirty-three thousand dinars


II - Payroll Associate

1 - Commissioner / d 1 - (690 000) six hundred and ninety thousand dinars

2 - Commissioner / d 2 - (670 000) six hundred and seventy thousand dinars

3 - Commissioner / d 3 - (650 000) six hundred and fifty thousand dinars

4 - Commissioner / d 4 - (630 000) six hundred and thirty thousand dinars

5 - Commissioner / d 5 - (610 000) six hundred and ten thousand dinars

6 - Commissioner / d 6 - (590 000) five hundred and ninety thousand dinars

7 - Commissioner / d 7 - (570 000) five hundred and seventy thousand dinars

8 - Commissioner / d 8 - (550 000) five hundred and fifty thousand dinars

9 - -. Mn (537 000) five hundred and thirty-seven thousand dinars   

10 - Corporal - (504 000) five hundred and four thousand dinars

   11 - n. P - (474,000) four hundred and seventy-four thousand dinars

   13 - a policeman - (455 000) four hundred and fifty-five thousand dinars


Article (2)

First - the annual allowance granted to the officer or member of the ISF at the completion of one year in the service of the actual job on the recommendation of her supervisor.

Secondly - If you can not upgrade the officer or member of the ISF to the degree the following to his rank and given an annual allowance for the arrival of his salary cap to his rank may continue to grant annual increment to the next level of rank and in accordance with the law.

III - continue to be accorded the rank of brigade officers allowances including annual salary not to exceed the following level of rank.

Article (3)

First - includes officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces allocations set forth in the law of the salaries of state employees and the public sector No. (22) for the year 2008.

II - continue to exchange allocations monthly livelihood allowance for officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces, the (210 000) two hundred and ten thousand dinars.

III - shall be exempt from income tax, family allowances and allowances received by serious officers and employees of the Internal Security Forces during the service.

Article (4)

Of the Council of Ministers, the amounts of salaries and allowances provided for in Articles (1) and (3) of this Law whenever necessary.

Article (5)

Broken any provision inconsistent with the provisions of this law

Article (6)

The Minister of Interior issued instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law

Article (7)

This law shall be the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
