Delta said on last call do not pay attention to the rumors as you will see a bunch of them….for instance with the US Treasury changing policies for when we cash out and Ali’s business etc… so we will discuss that too…
We are still following Hillary and will tell you why.

We have a team that we assembled over the last 2 years – Delta is the only one I introduced to everyone and he will be here to share what Iraqia TV is telling us. We have many different roles and positions in our teams.

This weekend the Emir was in the Iraqi parliament this weekend with the President and they sent a Sunni there to become a parliament member. The GOI sat with the Emir this weekend…
In Jan 2010 Shabibi says he is proud of what he has been doing as in 2006 we said he would bring back teh value of the dinar as he repeated in 2010 he would introduce the lower denoms in January and at that time he had retrieved about 50% of the 3 zeros. Feb, Mar April, ALOT went to the IMF it all looks good and elections are ahead and the brakes put on at the end of April and Maliki slowed things down with releasing the GOI…and Maliki rebelled… he would not do what Shabibi announced he would do – all the way to September they did nothing but to please themselves… and the CBI burns down – money is lost and found again and they begin to hurry again but in Oct and NOV they slowed down again.. Shabibi said if you sit your GOI I will reinstate the Dinar and rate….then they announced on TV there they will raise the value of the currency and collected 85% of the 3 zeros… then the Iraq people saw on TV they were going to by Shabibi to raise the value of the dinar…. they wanted to improve their currency and then in Dec 2010 Parliament took a vacation and M held back the cabinet members… Shabibi said no raise the dinar till you SIT the GOI….and then M kept a few maybe 4 positions – Shabibi keeps repeating he will raise the dinar currency value – then in Feb 1st week the US Treasury shows up in Iraq – even tho there is no articles but we called the UST and proved this then Shabibi disappeared….. all of February we saw NOTHING on TV. All the unrest in the ME countries did not spill into Iraq… So end of Feb the unrest put the oil where we needed it to be , to maybe start sitting their GOI before unrest spilled in Iraq… MOD and MOS was working before they were admitted as in the GOI – Maliki would not admit this as he would have to release the rate and date…
Our own GOV badly needs money – here is out budget but we will be bankrupt and they got an extension which is now over… are we ready so they asked for a 2nd extension… so there was nothing that happened so we created the 1…..2………….3 but we see it clearly and its working and going about his business – the vacation was not a vacation it was the Kurds that requested for Norus and would come back on the 27th – but no they went out one day… so during that time period PARLIAMENT WENT TO THE PEOPLE INSTEAD AND ASKED WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU and the people asked please raise you currency as we are dying here we need to eat and we need the GOI to love us and take care of us…

We believe that they are working with the UST and SHabibi and the CBI to do the mechanics necessary – today she is actually celebrating with the BUshes at some party – why did they give them 15,000 dinars that would be worth $15.00
When Delta called saturday with the news the TV said they would release the lower denoms – the team said they would release the info which they did on Saturday and an article was released to back up what they said on TV to the people – Delta said ON Sunday they had a program about this yesterday… the articles Frank said based on what we know this was put out together from the CBI = they got the people to complain about taking all our money and we should be paid in Dinars – contractors are getting paid a few with dinars but the people were angry saying you took our 3 zeros and left us with 15% and we have nothing to live and only use the US Dollar and now you force us to use the Dinar and you left us with 2 zeros and you want change back? No sir we are not going to do this anymore… The articles say the people want the new denoms with the value raised please we are ready… We won’t riot anymore if you do this for us when parliament comes back on the 27th please get it together for us when you come back…
What happened in January – inflation went up and it disturbed Shabibi and again in February it went up again – in March now it happened again so in February the numbers of the inflation went up and rough figures of core inflation was 5.2% and went up to 5.5%…
The 27th and 28th, we will ###### and the 1st week of April is the fiscal year for IMF – so lots going on…
Delta states – on Sept last year of 2010 the CBI was ready to start the re-denominations at that time but Shabibi was waiting for the GOI… and Feb 2011 the IMF the LOI the internal GOv that SHabibi could not do anything without the GOV in process… Shabibi finished everything as he thought the GOI would be seated… within days he thought the value of the dinar was have been done… so when the GOI delayed the CBI created the problem by destroying some of the denominations… in January they are down the 32% of the electronic dinars of the bank which means they shredded some of the larger denoms… so it created problems – regular employees are getting paid in Iraq Dinar but the no value dinars they are getting most merchants won’t take them – this past saturday – the program on TV spoke about the dinars with many people on this show- and yesterday at 8:30am there was a program about freedom in Iraq and the host spoke of Iraq dinars and asked the GOV to do something….
They announced two hours ago this program their next program agenda is to have the CBI to introduce the new currency to replace the one that they shredded – on tv Tuesday – with the CBI on this program.
Last week the interior ministry – they had 5 candidates to choose from – the defense and security is a done deal… the parliament wanted only one day off to support the people but the Kurds wanted the parliament to honor their holiday till the 27th so that is this Sunday-
Remember family I Delta – my relative that is in the Iraq parliament ON the financial committee – Shabibi was hosted 2 months ago and my family member said the delay is due to the GOI not being seated and HE will do it as its all ready – and the rate they are saying it will be NO LESS than $1 and no less than $1 and 1 penny… but if you revalue the currency more than $1 it makes more sense to Iraqi people not to use American Dollars anymore.
This week NOTHING WILL HAPPEN says Delta… DO NOT LISTEN TO THE RUMORS – this is all fact – the CBI Shabibi said as soon as the GOI seats HE WILL DO THIS RIGHT AWAY….he needs the confidence of the seated parliament… so folks relax and wait – get excited when you see the 3 ministries get the confidence of the parliament then it will happen…
Team also said today that definitely they have to finish everything before May 1st as its a due date for Iraq to give final doc for the DFI funds to UNSC… the CBI has more money from Europeon banks – the DFI has nothing to do with revalue as it goes for infrastructure in Iraq only and development… They are nto waiting for those funds to release a currency – its only for projects they have in their budget but it has NOTHING to do with the RI-RV at all…
The CBI is independent but Shabibi said he needs the GOI cause of the monitory policy is different than any other country – their currencies are policied different – Delta said nothing will happen till we see the 3 ministries done period..
Darline asks Delta: Why is Tony Blair speaking tomorrow and is it not true that the Iraqi tv informed the people that the RV would soon be at hand or revalue would be here in the next few days? Delta said yes he has announced this many times before but S is waiting for the GOI to sit… Maliki even said they would execute the plan… IT will happen but we need to wait for those 3 ministries seated and confidence of Parliament then RI-RV
Were the lower denoms flown from London… NO says Frank they were there in Iraq – some are in ATM Machines – the lower denoms were printed in 2004 and in 2006 moved from Chase to a military base… they are in position waiting
How true it is that S and M said on TV bring down your damaged and 3 zero banks notes for exchange -there are NO More 3 zeros on the street says Delta -
