Salah al-Din Council approved a contract to buy power plants worth 300 billion dinars

He said Hammoud, "the contract provided for the completion of the monument stations within six months of the arrival of financial assurance is the sovereign of the Ministry of Finance will disburse the funds to ten years and there is a guarantee of engines for three years in addition to the suitability of Iraqi airspace and issues of training of technical personnel in Iraq."
